We Come To You
VOLLY eliminates the inconvenience of servicing your car by sending a VOLLY driver to pick up your vehicle from the designated location and drive it to the appointed shop. Once your vehicle is serviced, the driver will return your car to you, giving you the time to do what you want to do.

The Day Before Your Appointment
You'll receive an e-mail from us confirming the time and place of your scheduled appointment.

The Day of Your Appointment
You will receive a text 60 minutes before your scheduled appointment and one when our driver is on the way. In the text message, you will receive a link showing you a live map that gives you the ETA and location of the VOLLY driver. 

At each different stage in the process, you will receive a text with this link to see the location of our drivers. From pickup, to delivery, to return.

After Your Car's Service Is Complete
Again, we will send you a text with the live map link when the VOLLY driver picks up your car and is on their way back to you.
Once the VOLLY driver arrives, you will be notified via text.

  • Etc...

Scheduling Your Appointment is Easy

Here is what we need

  • What you think is wrong (e.g., "I need my oil changed," "I need new brake pads," or "I need my car detailed")
  • The year, make, and model of your car
  • Your name, email address, phone number, and when and where you want us to pick up your car
  • Valid driver's license
  • Up-to-date proof of insurance

Warnings

  • Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 1 hour before the scheduled appointment, if not then you will be charged a $15 cancellation fee.
  • If the requested service requires a valid license and updated proof of insurance but you do not have one and VOLLY drives out to meet you, you will be charged the price of the service.
