The Rules
- The user is responsible for paying the cost of the service charged by the individual auto repair shops, however, you will be charged a flat fee for the convenience we provide.
- If you select 3 or more services, you will receive 10% off our convenience charge. For example, if you select Maintenance, Inspection Sticker, and Car Wash you will receive 10% off of our charge.
- If your desired auto repair shop is outside of a 10-mile radius from your location, then you will be charged an additional $10 fee for the distance.
- Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 1 hour before the scheduled appointment, if not then you will be charged a $15 cancellation fee.
- If the requested service requires a valid license and updated proof of insurance but you do not have one and VOLLY drives out to meet you, you will be charged the price of the service.
